Crafted Luxury With Intelligent Design

Our North Warrandyte build is a showcase of elite living and thoughtful innovation. Anchored by a $250,000 kitchen and butler’s pantry, the space features gold-accented shadowline details, Miele appliances, a Liebherr wine cellar, and even a refrigerated drawer built into the island bench. Behind every cupboard lies anti-scratch finishing, stone inlays for appliances, and luxury detailing typically reserved for display homes — but made liveable.

A striking highlight is the use of recycled timber posts from Kerford Pier, installed as structural and aesthetic features. Overlooking the 13m lap pool finished with recycled glass mosaic tiles, the balcony completes a view of unmatched architectural balance. Inside and out, Sloan’s blends high-tech convenience with warm, timeless finishes; from CBUS smart systems throughout to integrated speakers and automated lighting schemes.
